Social Prescribing at Stillmoor House Surgery


If you are concerned about housing, debt, employment, lifestyle, mental health and wellbeing, loneliness etc. social prescribing maybe able to help. Social Prescribing is a method of linking people with non-medical sources of support within the community. Opportunities can include


Physical activities, arts and crafts, volunteering, benefits, debt, housing advice, learning new skills, support for employment etc.


 


We now have a new Social Prescribing Service at the surgery. If you would like to book an appointment to see the social prescriber, please speak to a member of staff.
